Winning Lottery Tickets Stolen By Store Clerks

Post by Bond Girl » Tue Oct 31, 2017 7:56 pm

You should never just trust your store clerk to check your lottery tickets for you...you should always check them yourself and if not sure always get your lottery tickets back from the store clerk. There have been a few store clerks caught red handed telling people their lottery tickets are not winners when in fact they were winning lottery tickets. These lying store clerks take your lottery tickets to check if any are winners, if they find a winning ticket they just tell you "no sorry no winners this time" so never trust the store clerk with checking any of your lottery tickets.

I know some lottery outlets and stores can check your lottery tickets and if is a winning lottery ticket a sound go off, but in some cases these sneaky clerks can block the sound the machine makes if checks and finds the lottery ticket is a winner, so you cannot go by that. Always get your lottery tickets back even if they are not winners and always sign the back of your lottery tickets just to be safe!!

A few of these sneaky store clerks who stole another persons winning lottery ticket were caught and charged for the crime, but just think how many have gotten away with it and cashed in those stolen winning lottery tickets, so be careful.

To me a store clerk who is in trusted to sell lottery tickets must be honest....if caught stealing another's winning lottery ticket, they should be held accountable in a court of law and the sentence should be much more severe.

You can't trust anyone anymore, if given a chance some people will rip you off without question. Always check your own lottery tickets, never give them to a store clerk. These criminals posing as your friendly neighbour hood store clerks who get caught doing this crime should be sentenced to years in jail.

Yet another store clerk stealing lottery tickets. Wendy Klinker was a clerk at the Circle K just off Metro Parkway. Store surveillance video actually caught her looking at the prizes of Gold Rush scratch off lottery tickets and keeping the winners and putting the losers back on the shelves. Klinker is now facing multiple counterfeiting charges for tampering with lottery tickets. Walker is facing charges of grand theft.

Another woman named Shyra Walker worked at a 7 eleven store at RSW, and is now being accused of a similar crime. Investigators say she scanned the bar code on lottery tickets booklets, then she went around town cashing in each of the winning lottery tickets.

You just cannot trust anyone these days...unreal!
